夏星汤治疗中晚期食道癌临床观察

Clinical Analysis on Xiaxing Decoction in the Treatment of Advanced Esophageal Cancer

目的探讨夏星汤治疗中晚期食道癌的临床疗效。方法选取80例中晚期食道癌患者随机分成试验组和对照组。对照组采用顺铂联合氟尿嘧啶治疗,试验组给予夏星汤治疗,比较2组临床疗效和不良反应发生情况。结果试验组临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,2组KPS评分无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后,2组评分均升高,且试验组评分高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论夏星汤治疗中晚期食道癌的临床疗效显著,能够改善各项临床症状,减少不良反应。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Xiaxing decoction in the treatment of advanced esophageal cancer.Methods 80 patients with advanced esophageal cancer were divided into experimental group and control group.The control group was treated with DDP combined with fluorouracil,and the experimental group was treated with Xiaxing decoction.The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,but there was no significant difference in KPS score between the two groups before treatment,the score of the two groups increased after treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiaxing decoction is effective in the treatment of advanced esophageal cancer,which can improve the clinical symptoms and reduce the adverse reactions.
