火针配合耳穴贴压治疗虚寒型原发性痛经临床观察

Clinical Study on Fire Needle and Auricular Point Sticking in the Treatment of Deficiency-cold Primary Dysmenorrhea

目的探究将火针配合耳穴贴压应用于虚寒型原发性痛经患者中的效果。方法将205例虚寒型原发性痛经患者随机分为治疗组(火针配合耳穴贴压)、对照组(口服当归四逆汤),2组均治疗3个疗程,观察2组临床疗效。结果治后,治疗组疼痛VAS评分明显低于对照组;治疗组总有效率92.23%,高于对照组总有效率79.41%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论火针配合耳穴贴压应用于虚寒型原发性痛经患者的治疗效果较好,值得推广使用。

Objective To observe the effects of fire needle and auricular point sticking in the treatment of deficiency-cold primary dysmenorrhea.Methods 205 cases of deficiency-cold primary dysmenorrhea were divided into two groups at random.One group was treated by fire needle and auricular point sticking(treatment group),and the other group was given Danggui Sini decoction(control group).The therapeutic course was three courses of treatment for both groups.The clinical efficacy was observed.Results After treatment,the VAS in the treatment group was significantly lower than those in the control group.In the treatment group,the effective rate was 92.23%.In the control group,the effective rate was 79.41%.There was significant difference between two groups according to the effective rates(P<0.05).Conclusion Fire needle and auricular point sticking have more curative effect on deficiency-cold primary dysmenorrhea,therefore,it deserves popularizing in clinical application.
