坐式八段锦养生操联合穴位敷贴在围手术焦虑患者中的应用

The Application of Sitting Baduanjin Health Exercise Combined with Acupoint Application in Perioperative Anxiety Patients

目的探究坐式八段锦养生操联合穴位敷贴在围手术焦虑患者中的应用。方法选取80例2017年2月—2019年6月收治的围手术期患者为研究对象,采取单双数字方法将患者分为2组,单数为试验组,双数为对照组。对照组:常规护理,试验组:坐式八段锦养生操联合穴位敷贴。对比2组患者干预前后心理状态变化以及护理满意度。结果干预前2组患者心理状态无明显差异,无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后试验组的心理状态优于对照组,试验组护理满意度(95.0%)优于对照组(77.5%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在围术期焦虑患者中应用坐式八段锦养生操联合穴位敷贴方式护理,可有效缓解患者消极情绪,建立良好心态,同时提高临床护理质量与患者满意度,值得临床应用推广。

Objective To explore the application of sitting Baduanjin health exercise combined with acupoint application in perioperative anxiety patients.Method 80 perioperative patients admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into two groups by single and double digit method,the single digit was the experimental group and the double digit was the control group.The control group received routine nursing,and the experimental group received sitting Baduanjin health exercise combined with acupoint application.The changes of psychological state and nursing satisfaction of the two groups before and after intervention were compared.Result Before the intervention,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the psychological state of the experimental group was excellent,the nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 95.0%,and that of the control group was 77.5%.The satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and there was significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of sitting Baduanjin health exercise combined with acupoint application in perioperative anxiety patients can effectively alleviate the negative emotions of patients,establish a good mentality,and improve the quality of clinical nursing and patient satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
