自拟安胎丸联合地屈孕酮治疗早期先兆流产临床观察

Effect of Self-made Antai Pill Combined with Dydrogesterone in the Treatment of Early Threatened Abortion and Its Influence on Serum PIBF

目的研究自拟安胎丸联合地屈孕酮治疗早期先兆流产的保胎效果及对血清PIBF的影响。方法选取收治的早期先兆流产患者60例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,各30例。对照组使用地屈孕酮治疗,试验组则联合自拟安胎丸治疗,2组治疗周期均为14 d。比较2组治疗后临床指标改善情况,治疗前后血清PIBF水平的变化以及保胎成功率和不良反应发生率。结果与对照组相比,试验组的腰部酸痛缓解时间、腹痛缓解时间、止血时间及孕酮恢复时间均明显缩短;与治疗前相比,治疗后2组血清PIBF水平均升高,且试验组高于对照组;试验组的保胎成功率为93.33%,高于对照组的70.00%;试验组的总不良反应发生率为3.33%,低于对照组的23.33%(P<0.05)。结论自拟安胎丸联合地屈孕酮对于早期先兆流产有较好的治疗效果,可促进激素水平的恢复,提高保胎成功率,且安全性高。

Objective To study the effect of self-made Antai pill combined with dydrogesterone in the treatment of early threatened abortion and its influence on serum PIBF.Methods 60 patients with early threatened abortion admitted to our hospital were divided into control group and experimental group according to the random number table,with 30 cases in each.The control group was treated with dydrogesterone,while the experimental group was treated with self-made Antai pill combined with dydrogesterone.The treatment cycle of both groups was 14 days.The improvement of clinical indicators after treatment,serum PIBF level before and after treatment,the success rate of fetal preservation and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the waist pain relief time,abdominal pain relief time,hemostatic time and progesterone recovery time of the experimental group significantly shortened.Compared with before treatment,serum PIBF level increased in both groups after treatment,and the experimental group was higher than the control group.The success rate of fetal preservation in the experimental group was 93.33%,which was higher than that in the control group(70.00%).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 3.33%,which was lower than that in the control group(23.33%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Self-made Antai pill combined with dydrogesterone has a good therapeutic effect on early threatened abortion,which can promote the recovery of hormone level,improve the success rate of fetal preservation,and has a high safety.
