从冲脉隶属阳明浅析香砂六君子汤加味治疗乳腺增生

Analysis on Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction in Treating Hyperplasia of Mammary Glands from Chong Mai Belongs to Yangming

基于"冲任隶属阳明"理论,从阳明与冲任脉的关系、阳明与乳腺的关系、香砂六君子调节胃肠和降机能三个方面,探讨阳明和降不利引起乳腺增生的病理机制,以及香砂六君子汤治疗乳腺增生的机理,为临床香砂六君子汤治疗乳腺增生提供理论依据。香砂六君子汤通过健脾和胃,化痰理气,能够和降冲任,起到缓解乳腺增生症状的作用。

Based on the theory of"chongren is subordinate to yangming",from three aspects:the relationship between yangming and chongrenmai,the relationship between yangming and the mammary gland,and the adjustment of gastrointestinal tract and descending function by the Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction,we discuss the pathological mechanism of breast hyperplasia caused by the unfavorable combination and descending of yangming.As well as the mechanism of the treatment of mammary gland hyperplasia by Xiangsha Liujun decoction,it provides a theoretical basis for the treatment of mammary hyperplasia by clinical Xiangsha Liujun decoction.Through spleen and stomach,phlegm and qi,Xiangsha Liujun decoction can low chong ren,and play a role in relieving breast hyperplasia symptoms.
