托里生肌法在脑卒中后Ⅲ期褥疮中的应用效果

The Nursing Effect of Tuoli Shengji Method in Treating StageⅢBedsore after Stroke

目的观察托里生肌法治疗脑卒中后Ⅲ期褥疮的护理效果。方法选取收治的脑卒中后Ⅲ期褥疮患者64例,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组各32例,对照组采用脑卒中后Ⅲ期褥疮的常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上采用托里生肌法护理。2组均护理3周。结果观察组护理后总有效率96.88%,高于对照组的84.38%(P<0.05)。护理后,2组患者创面疼痛、水肿、渗出及肉芽评分较同组护理前均降低(P<0.05),且观察组均低于对照组。结论托里生肌法能够减轻Ⅲ期褥疮创面的疼痛、水肿及渗出,促进创面肉芽生长,缩短创面愈合时间,提高护理。

Objective To observe the nursing effect of Tuoli Shengji method in treating stageⅢbedsores after stroke.Methods A total of 64 patients with stageⅢbedsore treated in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 32 cases in each.The control group received routine care of stageⅢbedsore after stroke.The observation group was treated with Tuoli Shengji method on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 3 weeks.Results The total effective rate after treatment in the observation group was 96.88%which was higher than 84.38%of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the wound pain,edema,exudation and granulation scores of the two groups of patients were lower than those of the same group before nursing(P<0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The Tuoli Shengji method can alleviate the pain,edema and exudation of stageⅢbedsore wounds,promote the growth of wound granulation,shorten the wound healing time,and improve the nursing effect.
