新时代大学生法治教育新征程,在法治素养、课程内容、课堂教学、师资队伍和教育形式等方面陷入一系列困境。究其原因主要表现在法律专业人才、文化及法治环境方面。破解困境,需提高大学生法治素养;深化法治教育课程改革,增强课堂教学的针对性;建强优化法治师资队伍;创新丰富育人载体,协同增强教育实效等路径来实现法治中国梦。

In the new era,the new journey of College Students’law-related education has fallen into a series of difficulties in the aspects of legal attainment,curriculum content,classroom teaching,faculties and educational forms.The reasons are legal professionals,cultural and the environment of rule of law.In order to solve the dilemma,we need to improve college students’legal attainment;deepen the reform of legal education curriculum,enhance the pertinence of classroom teaching;build and optimize the legal teachers;innovate and enrich the carrier of education,and enhance the effectiveness of education to achieve the Chinese dream of rule of law.
