摘要
采用乳液聚合工艺生产ABS高胶粉过程中,两种单体的比例对粉料的粒径和接枝率有一定影响。一次反应阶段增加AN/St比例能够提高粉料的接枝率,提高增韧效率;而增量反应阶段降低AN/St能够改善凝聚粉料粒度分布,减少微粉对洗涤脱水和干燥系统的影响,提高系统运行稳定性。为了能够实现高品质高胶粉的连续稳定生产,可以在提高一次反应AN/St比例的同时,适当降低增量反应混合单体中AN/St。
During the process of producing acrylonitrile butadiene styrene(ABS)high rubber powder by emulsion polymerization,the ratio of the two monomers had a certain influence on the particle size and grafting rate of the powder.Increasing the AN/St ratio in one reaction stage can increase the grafting ratio of the powder and improve the toughening efficiency,while reducing the AN/St in the incremental reaction stage can improve the particle size distribution of the agglomerated powder and reduce the influence of the fine powder on the washing dewatering and drying system which could improve system operation stability.In order to achieve continuous and stable production of high-quality high-adhesive powder,it is possible to appropriately reduce the AN/St in the incremental reaction mixed monomer and increase the ratio of the primary reaction AN/St.
