摘要
通过对比不同种类清洗剂对于挤出造粒机清洗的效果差异,优选出最佳的清洗剂,并考察了设备工艺参数(加料速度和加工温度)对于清洗效果的影响,结合中试放大评价实验,形成完整的清机方案,为工业装置的生产提供数据支持。
The purging performance between different purging materials on the extruder were compared and the best one was obtained.Then the influence of feeding speed and temperature on the purging performance was analyzed.Finally combining with the pilot scale evaluation experiment,the complete purging plan was achieved and provided for industrial production with data support.
