高热球压及耐漏电起痕指数阻燃聚碳酸酯合金的探讨

摘要 本文分别以聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)和丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)作为聚碳酸酯(PC)合金原料,制成聚碳酸酯/聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PC/PBT)合金和聚碳酸酯/丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(PC/ABS)合金,探讨了其所占比例的变化对应PC合金的热球压以及耐漏电起痕指数(CTI)的影响。结果表明,PC/PBT合金和PC/ABS合金分别随着PBT、ABS含量的提高,热球压性能下降,而耐漏电起痕指数上升;当PBT含量为20%和ABS含量为40%时,对应的PC/PBT和PC/ABS合金拥有较均衡的热球压性能和耐漏电起痕性;在上述最佳比例基础上,分别选用无卤和有卤阻燃剂对材料阻燃化,分别讨论其对综合性能的影响。 Based on polybutylece terephthalate(PBT)and acrylonitrile butadiene styrene(ABS)as raw materials alloyed with polycarbonate(PC),the PC/PBT alloy and PC/ABS alloy were prepared and the influence of the component ratios on the ball pressure test and comparative tracking index(CTI)was investigated.The results show that ball pressure test of the alloys could decrease with the increase contents of PBT and ABS and CTI could increase.PC/PBT alloy has the best comprehensive performances when PBT could reach 20%and PC/ABS alloy does when ABS could reach 40%.On the basis of the above optimal proportion,halogen and halogen-free flame retardant were selected to flame retardant the materials and their effects on the comprehensive properties were discussed.
