摘要
通过聚甲醛(POM)与聚乙二醇(PEG)简单熔融共混制备两者的共混物,对聚甲醛进行增韧改性。力学性能测试表明加入1%~7.5%质量分数的PEG,共混物的韧性有所提高,即断裂伸长率提高50%~165%,冲击强度提高11%~42%;加入10%的PEG,共混物的韧性下降。动态力学热分析(DM A)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析测试显示PEG与POM相容性良好。
The blend of polyethylene glycol(PEG)and polyoxymethylene(POM)was prepared to toughen and modify the POM.The mechanical property test shows that the addition of PEG with mass fraction from 1%to 7.5%could increase the toughness of the blend,which the elongation at break could increase from 50%to 165%,and the impact strength could increase from 11%to 42%.When the addition of PEG is 10%,the toughness of the blend could decrease.The dynamic mechanical thermal analysis(DMA)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM)show good compatibility between PEG and POM.
