摘要
采用环氧E-51作为基体树脂,片状微米银包铜、球状微米银包铜作为导电填料,石墨烯作为改性导电填料,以共混法制备环氧导电胶。并对不同石墨烯填料量对导电胶的改性效果进行全面综合分析,解释了其改性机理,确定了最佳添加量,为推进石墨烯改性导电胶的工业化应用起到了重要作用。
Taking epoxy E-51 as matrix resin,flake micron silver-coated copper,spherical micron silver-coated copper as conductive filler,graphene as modified conductive filler,epoxy conductive adhesive was prepared by blending.The effect of different graphene fillers on the modification of conductive adhesives was comprehensively analyzed.The modification mechanism was explained,and the optimum addition was determined,which played an important role in promoting the industrial application of graphene modified conductive adhesives.
