摘要
首先介绍了一种制备自增强管材的装置。不同于国内普遍采用的在线法工艺,装置采用干燥高压热空气为取向介质,实现聚氯乙烯管材高取向,该装置包括了高压空气的制备设备、高压空气加热设备、管材取向模具、控制系统及其它辅助设备。基于该装置,深入研究了取向工艺技术,通过理论分析并结合大量实验表明:当取向温度95℃、压力8.0 MPa、取向时间15 s时,聚氯乙烯取向管材(即PVC-O管)性能达到最佳,满足产品质量要求。成功开发了制备自增强管材的新设备和新工艺,填补了国内在该制造领域的空白。
A device for preparing self-reinforcing pipe was introduced.The device was different from the on-line process commonly used in China,which used hot air with high pressure as the orientation medium to achieve high orientation of polyvinyl chloride(PVC)pipes.The device included high pressure air preparation device,high pressure air heating device,tube orientation mold,control system and other auxiliary equipment.Based on this device,the orientation technology was deeply studied.Through theoretical analysis and combining with a large number of experiments,it is shown when the orientation temperature is 95°C,the pressure is 8.0 MPa,and the orientation time is 15 s,the performance of the PVC-O pipe is optimal and could meet the product quality requirements.This research has successfully developed a new equipment and new technology for preparing self-reinforced pipe,which has filled the gap in the domestic manufacturing field.
