This paper briefly introduces the patent situation of technology and knowledge achievements in the field of artificial intelligence at present,give examples of the actual layout of artificial intelligence technology patents of typical leading enterprises,and carry out appropriate analysis and comparison,so as to provide strong data support for the scientific construction of intellectual property layout system in China at the present stage,and carry out scientific discussion of corresponding construction strategies.
