摘要
随着我国基础设施建设规模的不断扩大,对于施工管理的要求也日益提高。与之相对的是现有的管理体系很难满足工程管理需求,从而在施工过程中产生了各类问题与事故。文章采用经典事故树分析的方式对现阶段管理制度中存在的问题进行汇总,并在分析原因的基础上给出管理策略,希望为后续的管理体系升级提供参考。
With the continuous expansion of the scale of infrastructure construction in China,the requirements for construction management are also increasing day by day.In contrast,the existing management system meets the needs of engineering management,which leads to various problems and accidents in the construction process.This paper uses the classical accident tree analysis to summarize the existing problems in the current management system,and gives the management strategy on the basis of analyzing the reasons,hoping to provide the guidance for the subsequent management system upgrade.
