摘要 在煤化工业中,因煤粉泄露引发的爆炸事故问题一直存在。为了降低事故发生机率,发展煤粉泄露主动防护技术成为热点,其中降低传输管道磨损和实时监测管道受损是近几年的研究主要方向。空气中煤粉浓度过高是引发事故的关键因素,实时监测其浓度为泄露预警提供了新方法。 In the coal chemical industry, the problem of explosion accidents caused by coal powder leakage has always existed. In order to reduce the probability of accidents, the development of active protection technology for pulverized coal leakage has become a hot spot, among which the reduction of transmission pipeline wear and real-time monitoring of pipeline damage are the main research directions in recent years. The high concentration of pulverized coal in the air is the key factor causing the accident. Real-time monitoring of its concentration provides a new method for early warning of leakage.
