摘要
目的根据目前社会发展和人才需求情况,思考如何通过教学改革和课程建设有效提高预防医学应用型人才培养的质量。方法通过查阅相关文献,并结合自身在预防医学课程教学过程中发现的问题和学生反馈的问题,针对今后预防医学应用型人才培养中教学改革的必要性和着手点提出几点思考和建议。结果预防医学实验教学是培养公共卫生应用型人才必不可少的重要环节,也是增强学生实践操作能力、培养科学精神和创新能力的关键环节;在预防医学专业学生的实验教学过程中,应根据预防医学的专业特点,结合目前预防医学学科发展的实际情况和需要,对教学模式和考核方式进行研究和改革,不断建立和完善预防医学实验课程体系;通过教学内容改革和课程体系建设吸引学生对于理论知识学习和实践能力锻炼的积极性和自主性,从而实现培养综合素质高、能力强的预防医学应用型人才的目标。结论加强我国公共卫生治理能力,人才队伍建设是关键;应通过教学改革培养素质高、能力强的应用型公共卫生专业人才。
Objective To consider how to improve the quality of cultivating applied talents in preventive medicine by teaching reform and curriculum construction according to the development of society and demand for talent.Methods Thoughts and advice were put forward aimed at the necessity and starting point of teaching reform of cultivating applied talents in the course of preventive medicine by referring relevant literature and the problems appeared in the course and feedback by students.Results The experimental teaching of preventive medicine is the essential step of cultivating the applied talents in public health,and also is the key step for promoting the ability of practical operation,cultivating the scientific spirit and innovation capability of the students.The teaching model and assessment methods should be studied and reformed to perfect the curriculum system,according to the professional characteristics and the actual requirement in the development of preventive medicine.The enthusiasm and autonomy of the students should be fully aroused in the teaching process by way of teaching reform and curriculum construction,thus the practical ability and comprehensive quality of the student in preventive medicine can be effectively trained and promoted to reach the goal of training the applied talents with high comprehensive quality and strong capability.Conclusion The construction of talented team is the key to enhancing the governance ability of public health in the nation.The applied talents in preventive medicine with high comprehensive quality and strong capability should be trained by teaching reform.
