摘要
目的探索在"一带一路"教育行动背景下,临床专业留学生《卫生学》课程教学改革实践中的教学反思。方法利用"一带一路"教育行动带来的一系列教育资源,2018年9月—2019年11月,新疆某医科大学开展临床医学专业留学生《卫生学》课程实践教学改革,通过问卷调查、现场访谈、课后反馈和个别座谈等方式,总结实践教学改革的应用效果。结果随着"一带一路"教育行动的逐步推进,临床专业留学生在《卫生学》课程实践教学改革中逐渐暴露出教学模式、教学质量监控体系和人才梯度培养等方面的问题值得关注,并需要进一步完善。结论 "一带一路"教育行动为留学生教学带来了机遇与挑战,结合实践教学中发现的诸多问题,进一步完善人才培养目标、打造预防医学品牌课程、加大创新教学模式开放力度、加强课程质量体系建设、深化教学人才梯队建设等一系列教学改革措施,可全面提升教学质量和教学效果。
Objective To discuss the reflection of teaching reform in the curriculum of hygiene for international student in clinical medicine under the background of The Belt and Road Initiative(BRI). Methods The questionnaire survey, field interviews, feedback and individual discussion after class were taken to summarize application effect of teaching reform in the curriculum of hygiene for international students in clinical medicine with the support of education resources under the background of BRI in a medical university of Xinjiang from September 2018 to November 2019. Results The problems gradually exposed in the curriculum reform of hygiene in the practice of teaching for abroad students in clinical medicine should be focused on as the promotion of educational action under BRI. The teaching mode, quality monitoring system of teaching and gradient cultivation of talents should be further improved. Conclusions The educational action under BRI brings opportunity and challenge for teaching international students. The quality and effect of teaching could be comprehensively improved by solving the problems in the teaching practice, perfecting the target of talents cultivation, setting excellent course, strengthening the quality system of curriculum and deepening the construction of talent gradient.
