基于培土生金理论对慢性阻塞性肺病脱机困难患者的临床研究

Clinical Research on the Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Patient of Difficulty of Separating from Breathing Machine Base on the Reinforcing Earth to Generate Metal Theory

目的观察运用培土生金法帮助慢性阻塞性肺病脱机困难的患者成功脱机拔管的临床疗效。方法采用西医常规治疗方法结合六君子汤为主的中药汤剂治疗慢性阻塞性肺病脱机困难患者40例,设西医对照组40例,治疗1周,记录治疗前后临床症状、心率、血压、血氧饱和度、呼吸频率、APACHEII评分、血气分析、氧合指数、最终脱机拔管例数。结果治疗组在临床症状、心率、血压、血氧饱和度、呼吸频率、APACHEII评分、血气分析、氧合指数、最终脱机拔管例数指标改善显著优于对照组(P<0.O5)。结论运用培土生金法帮助慢性阻塞性肺病脱机困难患者成功脱机拔管的临床疗效显著。

Objective To observe the curative effect of reinforcing earth to generate metal to help patients separate from breathing machine. Methods 40 patients of difficulty of separate from breathing machine have western regular medicine with Liujunzi decoction, setting 40 patients of difficulty of separate from breathing machine have western regular medicine, and the course of treatment was a week. The clinical feature, heart rate, breath rate, APACHEII score, blood pressure, oxyhemoglobin saturation, blood gas analysis, oxygenation index, number of separate from breathing machine were recorded. Results Index improvement of treatment group in clinical feature, heart rate, breath rate, APACHEII score, blood pressure, oxyhemoglobin saturation, blood gas analysis, oxygenation index, number of separate from breathing machine were superior to the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of reinforcing earth to generate metal to help the patient to separate from breathing machine is outstanding.
