旴江谢氏刺营法治疗口腔扁平苔藓临床观察

Clinical Observation on Xujiang Xie’s Acupuncture Method in the Treatment of Oral Lichen Planus

目的探讨旴江谢氏刺营法治疗口腔扁平苔藓的临床疗效。方法选择2017年8月-2019年4月收治的60例口腔扁平苔藓患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组采取药物治疗,观察组采用旴江谢氏刺营法治疗,比较2组临床疗效及不良反应。结果治疗后第1周、第2周、第1个月、半年后,观察组临床总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组不良反应发生率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论旴江谢氏刺营法治疗口腔扁平苔藓可提高临床疗效,且安全可靠。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Xujiang Xie’s acupuncture method in the treatment of oral lichen planus. Methods A total of 60 patients with oral lichen planus admitted to our otolaryngology clinic from August 2017 to April 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each. The control group was treated with drugs, and the observation group was treated with Xujiang Xie’s acupuncture method. The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results After 1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month, and half a year after treatment, the total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The difference on incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups had no statistical significance(P>0.05). Conclusion Xujiang Xie’s acupuncture method in the treatment of oral lichen planus can improve the clinical effect, and is safe and reliable.
