半夏泻心汤对胃溃疡患者Hp清除率及血清IL-2、IL-6的影响

Effect of Banxia Xiexin Decoction on Hp Clearance Rate and Serum IL-2 and IL-6 in Patients with Gastric Ulcer

目的观察半夏泻心汤对胃溃疡患者Hp清除率及血清IL-2、IL-6水平的影响。方法取2014年10月-2018年10月就诊患者110例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各55例,对照组运用奥美拉唑联合阿莫西林、克拉霉素三联治疗,观察组加服中药汤剂半夏泻心汤,2组疗程均为4周。疗程结束后评估2组临床有效率、分析治疗前后Hp清除率,临床症状积分及血清IL-2、IL-6水平变化;统计2组不良反应发生率。结果疗程结束后,观察组与对照组临床总有效率分别为98.18%、85.45%,Hp清除率分别为94.55%、76.36%,观察组临床有效率和Hp清除率均高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后2组血清IL-2水平均升高,且观察组血清IL-2水平高于对照组,治疗后2组血清IL-6均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后2组腹痛、反酸、嗳气、烧心、饱胀、呕吐等临床症状积分均低于治疗前,且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组腹痛、腹泻、头晕、心悸等症状总发生率为10.91%低于对照组的32.72%(P<0.05)。结论半夏泻心汤可提高胃溃疡患者Hp清除率,调整血清IL-2、IL-6水平,抑制机体炎症反应,提高临床疗效,且更具安全性。

Objective To observe the effect of Banxia Xiexin decoction on Hp clearance rate and serum IL-2 and IL-6 levels in patients with gastric ulcer.Methods From October 2014 to October 2018,110 patients were treated in the clinic of our hospital.The random number table method was used.They were divided into a control group and an observation group,and each had 55 cases.The control group was treated with omeprazole combined with amoxicillin and clarithromycin.In the triple therapy,the observation group was supplemented with Chinese medicine decoction Banxia Xiexin decoction.The treatment course of both groups was 4 weeks.After the course of treatment,the clinical effective rate of the two groups was evaluated,and the Hp clearance rate,clinical symptom score and serum IL-2 and IL-6 levels before and after treatment were analyzed.The incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was calculated.Results After the course of treatment,the clinical effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 98.18%and 85.45%,respectively,and the Hp clearance rates were 94.55%and 76.36%,respectively.The clinical effective rate and Hp clearance of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,serum IL-2 levels in the two groups increased after treatment,and serum IL-2 levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,IL-6 in two groups decreased after treatment,the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the clinical symptom scores of abdominal pain,acid reflux,belching,heartburn,fullness,and vomiting were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group and the control group were 12.73%and 32.72%,respectively,the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Banxia Xiexin decoction can improve the clearance rate of Hp in patients with gastric ulcer,adjust the serum IL-2 and IL-6 levels,inhibit the body’s inflammatory response,improve clinical effect,and is more safe.
