天麻钩藤汤加减治疗肝阳上亢型高血压临床观察

Observation on the Clinical Effect of Tianma Gouteng Decoction on Hypertension with Hyperactivity of Liver Yang

目的分析天麻钩藤汤加减治疗肝阳上亢型高血压的临床疗效。方法抽取2018年10月-2019年10月接受治疗的肝阳上亢型高血压患者78例,按照其住院先后顺序从1~78进行编号,再按等差数列首项为1,公差为8的方式将78例患者平均分为对照组与试验组。对照组采用西医治疗,试验组在对照组基础上采用天麻钩藤汤加减治疗。结果试验组治疗前后中医证候评分分别为(22.33±2.12)、(2.51±1.31),对照组治疗前后中医证候评分分别为(22.18±2.17)、(4.17±1.37),t=0.046、10.843,治疗前P>0.05,治疗后P<0.05;用药后对照组收缩压与舒张压分别为(141.18±4.06)、(95.74±12.20),试验组分别为(131.11±10.78)、(85.02±9.13),t=2.891、4.341、1.967、3.398,P<0.05;试验组患者治疗总有效率(97.44%)高于对照组(79.49%),χ^2=8.746,P<0.05。结论天麻钩藤汤加减治疗在肝阳上亢型高血压临床疗效显著,能够降低患者的中医证候评分,降低患者的收缩压与舒张压,提高治疗总有效率,值得在临床上推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Tianma Gouteng decoction on hypertension with hyperactivity of liver yang.Methods From October 2018 to October 2019,78 patients with hypertension of hyperactivity of liver yang were selected as the study objects.According to the sequence of hospitalization,78 patients were numbered from 1 to 78,and then divided into two groups according to the first item of the sequence of equal difference,tolerance of 8.The control group and the experimental group had 39 patients respectively.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the experimental group was treated with Tianma Gouteng decoction on the basis of the control group.Results Before and after treatment,the TCM syndrome scores in the experimental group were(22.33±2.12)and(2.51±1.31),respectively,and those in the control group were(22.18±2.17)and(4.17±1.37),t=0.046 and 10.843,respectively P>0.05 before treatment and P<0.05 after treatment.After treatment,the systolic and diastolic pressures in the control group were(141.18±4.06),(95.74±12.20),and those in the experimental group were(131.11±10.78),(85.02±9.13),respectively t=2.891,4.341,1.967,3.398,P<0.05.The total effective rate of the experimental group(97.44%)was higher than that of the control group(79.49%),χ^2=8.746,P<0.05.Conclusion The application of Tianma Gouteng decoction in the treatment of hypertension with hyperactivity of liver yang has a significant clinical effect.It can reduce the TCM syndrome score of patients,reduce the systolic and diastolic blood pressure of patients,and improve the treatment efficiency.It is worth popularizing widely in clinical practive.
