温阳益心汤结合针刺对慢性心衰患者血清炎症因子水平的影响

Effect of Wenyang Yixin Decoction Combined with Acupuncture on the Level of Serum Inflammatory Factors in Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

目的研究温阳益心汤结合针刺对慢性心衰患者血清炎症因子水平的影响。方法将2018年2月-2019年3月收治的慢性心衰患者106例依据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组53例。对照组采用贝那普利联合针刺治疗法,观察组采用针刺疗法联合温阳益心汤进行治疗。对比分析2组患者的炎症因子水平及神经内分泌激素水平。结果治疗后2组患者的IL-6、TNF-α水平均下降,IL-10水平均升高,与对照组相比,观察组患者的升高及下降幅度较为明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后2组患者的ADL、PRA、AngⅡ以及NE水平均下降,与对照组相比,观察组患者的下降幅度较为明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用温阳益心汤联合针刺不仅可以缓解慢性心衰患者的炎症因子水平,且可有效改善患者的神经内分泌激素水平,效果显著。

Objective To study the effect of Wenyang Yixin decoction combined with acupuncture on serum inflammatory factors in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods 106 patients with chronic heart failure treated in our hospital from February 2018 to March 2019 were divided into control group(n=53)and observation group(n=53).The control group was treated with benazepril combined with acupuncture,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture combined with Wenyang Yixin decoction.The levels of inflammatory factors and neuroendocrine hormones in the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results After treatment,the level of IL-6,TNF-αdecreased and the level of IL-10 increased in both groups.Compared with the control group,the increase and decrease of the patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of ADL,PRA,and NE in the two groups were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Wenyang Yixin decoction combined with acupuncture can not only alleviate the level of inflammatory factors in patients with chronic heart failure,but also effectively improve the level of neuroendocrine hormones in patients with chronic heart failure.
