温脾化瘀汤联合吉西他滨治疗胰腺癌临床观察

Clinical Observation on Wenpi Huayu Decoction Combined with Gemcitabine in the Treatment of Pancreatic Cancer

目的综合性评价温脾化瘀汤联合吉西他滨治疗对胰腺癌患者的临床效果。方法选取2018年7月-2019年7月接受治疗的胰腺癌术后化疗患者60例,入组病例均采用信封法随机分为对照组和试验组。对照组30例,术后应用吉西他滨化疗方案;试验组30例,在对照组基础上联合温脾化瘀汤治疗方案,观察2组患者治疗前后KPS评分、CEA和CA199及中医证候积分变化情况。结果经临床治疗,试验组中医证候积分(4.27±0.69)分,KPA评分(78.53±5.28)分,CEA(70.15±15.34)ng/ml,CA199(187.55±25.42)U/ml;对照组中医证候积分(8.33±1.21)分,KPS评分(71.15±5.31)分,CEA(82.35±21.63)ng/ml,CA199:(225.84±32.68)U/ml,试验组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胰腺癌术后接受吉西他滨化疗患者联合温脾化瘀汤内服可显著减轻患者消化道不良反应刺激,提高机体抵抗力,改善患者生活自理能力,温阳健脾、益气健运、活血化瘀,值得临床推广。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Wenpi Huayu decoction combined with gemcitabine in the treatment of pancreatic cancer.Methods From July 2018 to July 2019,60 patients with postoperative chemotherapy of pancreatic cancer who were hospitalized and treated in the oncology ward of our hospital were randomly divided into control group and experimental group by envelope method.30 cases in the control group were treated with gemcitabine chemotherapy,and 30 cases in the experimental group were treated with Wenpi Huayu decoction on the basis of the control group.The changes of KPS score,CEA,CA199 and TCM syndrome score were observed before and after treatment in the two groups.Results After clinical treatment,in the experimental group,TCM syndrome score was(4.27±0.69),KPA was(78.53±5.28),CEA was(70.15±15.34)ng/ml,and CA199 was(187.55±25.42)U/ml.In the control group,TCM symptom score was(8.33±1.21),KPS score was(71.15±5.31),CEA was(82.35±21.63)ng/ml,and CA199 was(225.84±32.68)U/ml.The experimental group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of chemotherapy with gemcitabine and Wenpi Huayu decoction can significantly reduce the side effects of gastrointestinal stimulation and improve the body resistance,which is worthy of clinical application.
