摘要
随着我国卫生总费用年复一年的增加,医疗保险支付方式的改革刻不容缓,而DRGs付费模式对于抑制医疗费用不可预期地上涨有着不可替代的作用。基于财务视角,DRGs付费模式在促进医院规范收入管理、成本管理和绩效管理的同时,也会导致财务风险的增加,只有进行有效的财务管理,才能更好地实现医疗资源的合理配置。
The total health expenditure has been rapidly increasing in past few years in China,and DRGs payment reform is a key task of the payment system reform to reduce medical cost.From a financial perspective,DRGs payment method helps optimize income structure,encourage cost control and improve performance management,but it also may increase financial risk.Therefore,effective hospital financial management is vital to realize the reasonable allocation of medical resources under DRGs payment method.
