疏降饮对肝胃不和型反流性食管炎大鼠食管黏膜炎症的影响

The Effect of Shujiangyin on Reflux Esophagitis in Rats

目的:研究疏降饮对肝胃不和型反流性食管炎(Reflux esophagitis,RE)模型大鼠的治疗作用。方法:将30只SD大鼠随机分为模型组、干预组及正常对照组,采用前胃结扎联合幽门夹叠加铁夹刺激大鼠尾部制作肝胃不和型RE模型。干预组大鼠使用疏降饮治疗2周后用RT-PCR法检测IL-1β、IL-8、TNFα的表达。结果:疏降饮治疗的大鼠体重呈明显增加趋势,IL-1β、IL-8和TNFα呈下降趋势。结论:疏降饮能改善大鼠食管炎症损伤,对治疗肝胃不和型RE有效。

Objective:We aimed to study the therapeutic effect of Shujiangyin on reflux esophagitis in model rats.Methods:A rat model of RE was established with the steps of pyloric clip and section ligation,then irritated by an iron clip on it’s tail.The rats in treatment group was orally administered with Shujiangyin for 2 weeks,the expression of IL-1β,IL-8,TNFαwere determined by using RT-PCR.Results:After treatment with Shujiangyin,the body weight of RE rats tended to increase drastically.The expression of IL-1β,IL-8 and TNFαlevels were decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shujiangyin was effective in treating RE in rats and improving the inflammatory damage.
