摘要
省级双创示范基地是区域创新发展的核心载体和重要引擎。本文概括分析了近年来山西双创示范基地发展现状和存在问题,并从建立高效协同机制、加强改革系统集成、建设专业化服务平台、推进科技金融有机结合等方面提出促进山西双创示范基地提质增效的建议。
Provincial innovation and entrepreneurship demonstration base is the core carrier and important engine of regional innovation and development. This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of Shanxi’s innovation and entrepreneurship demonstration base in recent years, and puts forward suggestions to improve the quality and efficiency of Shanxi’s innovation and entrepreneurship demonstration base from the aspects of establishing efficient coordination mechanism,strengthening the integration of reform system, building professional service platform, and promoting the organic combination of science and technology and finance.
