摘要
随着张集煤矿采掘机械化、装备自动化水平的不断提升,以及新型支护工艺和支护材料的快速发展和应用,对掩蔽地质条件的揭露速度要求大大提升,传统的地质编录工作方式已很难适应现代化矿井对高成果质量、高效率的地质工作要求。通过对工作面现场应用与探究,建立了一套全新的矿井影像地质编录技术和方法体系,实践证明,该系统可获得与传统手工采集基本一致的地质信息结果,且精度较高,对提高矿井生产效益具有重大意义。
With the continuous improvement of mining mechanization and equipment automation level in Zhangji coal mine,the rapid development and application of new support technology and support materials, the requirements for the exposure speed of the geological conditions of the shelter have been greatly improved. The traditional geological logging work mode has been difficult to meet the requirements of modern coal mine for high-quality and high-efficiency geological work. In this paper, through the field application and exploration of the working face, a new set of mine image geological logging technology and method system is established. The practice shows that the system can obtain the geological information results basically consistent with the traditional manual collection, and the accuracy is high. It is of great significance to comprehensively promote in the mines to improve the mine production efficiency.
