高层住宅电气工程施工质量控制要点浅析

Analysis of Quality Control Points of Electrical Engineering Construction in High-Rise Residential Buildings

为了加强建筑电气工程施工质量管理,简要介绍了建筑工程材料保管质量管控,详细阐述了预埋电线管施工过程、穿线施工过程、防雷及接地施工过程、配电室施工过程等的质量监控要点,指出只有严格按照建筑电气工程规范进行施工,提高施工人员技术水平,才能保证高层住宅建筑电气工程施工质量,从而提高人民生活质量,促进我国建筑行业优质发展。

In order to strengthen the quality management of building electrical engineering construction, this paper briefly introduces the quality control of building engineering materials storage, elaborates the quality monitoring points of embedded wire pipe construction process, threading construction process, lightning protection and grounding construction process, distribution room construction process, etc., and points out that only in strict accordance with the building electrical engineering specifications and improving the technical level of construction personnel, to ensure the quality of electrical engineering construction of high-rise residential buildings, so as to improve the quality of life of the people, and to promote the high-quality development of China’s construction industry.
