摘要
"一带一路"下,懂外语、有技术的复合型技能人才将越来越受欢迎。为适应新的人才培养需求,本文构建了职业技术院校机械类专业英语"全人教育"教学模式及"三维一体"培养评价模式,并描述了镇江技师学院实施效果,为培养"理论+技能+英语"的复合型高技能人才提供参考。
Under the background of the Belt and Road Initiative,compound skilled talents who know foreign languages and have technology will be more and more popular.In order to meet the new needs of talent cultivation,this paper constructs the"all-round development of talent education"teaching mode and"three-dimensional integration"cultivation evaluation mode of mechanical specialized English course in vocational and technical colleges,and describes the implementation effect of Zhenjiang Technician Institute,so as to provide reference for the cultivation of compound high skilled talents with"theory+skills+English".
