普拉洛芬联合人工泪液治疗飞行员干眼症的效果分析

Clinical efficacy of pranoprofen eye drops combined with artificial tears on pilots with dry eye syndrome

目的探讨普拉洛芬眼液联合人工泪液玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗飞行员干眼症的临床疗效。方法选取2017年5月至2018年5月来海军青岛特勤疗养中心保健疗养的飞行员干眼症患者30例(60只眼)作为研究对象。30例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组15例(30只眼)。对照组给予玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用普拉洛芬眼液治疗。治疗前后进行干眼问卷调查并应用德国Oculus眼表综合分析仪检查泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、泪河高度(TMH)、角膜荧光染色(FL)、眼红分析(R-Scan)等指标。结果治疗2周后,2组患者BUT延长,TMH高于治疗前,且治疗组升高更明显,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。FL:2组患者治疗前均有不同程度的角膜着色,染色呈(+);治疗2周后染色均呈(-)。R-Scan:2组均明显低于治疗前,且治疗组下降更明显(P<0.05)。干眼问卷调查:与0分段比较,2组评分均有降低,治疗组下降更明显(P<0.05)。结论普拉洛芬联合玻璃酸钠眼液治疗飞行员干眼症能更有效缓解眼部炎症,减轻角膜损伤,增加泪液分泌,提高生活工作质量。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of pranoprofen eye drops combined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops(artificial tears)on pilots with dry eye syndrome.Methods A total of 30 pilots with dry eye syndrome admitted into the Qingdao Rehabilitation Center for CPLA Navy Special Services between May 2017 and May 2018 were studied and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,each with 30 cases(60 eyes).The control group was treated with sodium hyaluronate only;while the treatment group was given pranoprofen eye drops combined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops.Every patient was required to complete a questionnaire on dry eye;and all of them took an examination by a German oculus keratograph to measure their breakup time of tear film(BUT),tear meniscus height(TMH),corneal fluorescent staining(FL),and redness-scan(R-Scan)scores before and after the treatment.Results After 2 weeks of treatment,the BUT and TMH of both groups were increased(P<0.05).Those of the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Before the treatment,the FL of both groups had varying degrees of corneal pigmentation,and the staining was positive.After 2 weeks of treatment,the staining became negative.The R-scan scores of both groups were lower than those before the treatment(P<0.05),and the R-Scan score the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).According to the dry eye questionnaire,comparing the section of zero point,the scores of both groups decreased after the treatment.There was a greater decrease in the treatment group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Pranoprofen eye drops combined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops can more effectively corneal injury,increase tear secretion,and relieve eye inflammation,hence increase tear secretion and improve qualities of working and life.
