基于ANSYS的快装式钢结构电梯井道刚度与强度分析 被引量:2

摘要 针对某电梯快装式钢结构井道案例的强度和刚度进行校核。首先通过Matlab对轴向力、风载荷以及正常使用运行工况下x轴和y轴的力进行求解,然后将力分成两种情况加载,再对快装式钢结构电梯正常使用运行工况下的井道刚度强度进行ANSYS分析。分析结果表明,正常使用运行工况下井道钢结构的强度、刚度均符合要求。 Considering the safety of elevator with fast mounted steel construction well,the strength and stiffness of the fast mounted steel construction well are calculated and checked.Firstly,the axial force,wind load and the force of x-axis and y-axis under normal operating conditions are solved by Matlab,then the forces are loaded according to two conditions of elevator operation,there are the elevator running to the top floor and the lowest floor,and then the stiffness and strength under normal operation conditions of the fast mounted steel structure well are analyzed by ANSYS.The analysis results show that the strength and rigidity of the steel structure well meet the requirements under normal operation conditions.
