摘要
本文提出了湿度失效机理及寿命模型,研究IGBT模块凝露测试方法,阐述最新高压IGBT模块技术。同时研究湿度和凝露对高压IGBT可靠性的影响,最后对三菱电机进行了相关研究,并对研究成果加以介绍。
This paper presents the humidity failure mechanism and life model,and researches the condensation test method of IGBT module,and expounds the latest high voltage IGBT module technology.At the same time,the influence of humidity and condensation on the reliability of high voltage IGBT is studied.Finally,the relevant research on Mitsubishi Motor is carried out,and the research results are introduced.
