黑龙江省基本公共服务供给水平研究

Study on the Supply Level of Basic Public Service in Heilongjiang Province

党的十九大报告中提出“永远把人民对美好生活的向往作为奋斗目标”。近几年我国已经在基本公共服务方面取得很大的进步,但民生问题依然存在,主要是基本公共服务供给缺失的问题。通过分析黑龙江省近十年的基本公共服务供给水平和对已有研究成果综述、评论后发现,黑龙江省基本公共服务水平供给还存在着基本就业服务形势严峻,基本医疗卫生、基本社会保障和基本公共教育供给不足等问题,需采取措施加以改善。

In the report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Party,it is put forward that"always regard the people’s yearning for a better life as the goal of struggle".In recent years,China has made great progress in basic public services,but the problems of people’s livelihood still exist,mainly the lack of supply of basic public services.Through analyzing the basic public service supply level of Hei longjiang province in the past ten years and summarizing and commenting on the existing research results,it is found that the basic public service supply level of Heilongjiang province still has a severe situation of basic employment service,and the basic medical and health care,basic social security and basic public education supply are insufficient,so measures should be taken to improve it.
