摘要
采煤机中心水管主要是给滚筒供应内喷雾需要的冷却水,冷却管中结构不合理会导致漏水,造成油腔内油乳化;内喷雾水雾化效果减弱,影响采煤机开机率。本文改进设计了中心水管的结构,有效弥补了原来结构的不足,大大提高了采煤机的使用率。
The central water pipe of the shearer is mainly used to supply the cooling water for the inner spray of the drum.The unreasonable structure of the cooling pipe will lead to water leakage and oil emulsification in the oil chamber,and the atomization effect of the inner spray water will weaken,which will affect the operating rate of the shearer.In this paper,the structure of the central water pipe is improved,which makes up the shortage of the original structure and greatly improves the utilization rate of the shearer.
