摘要
研究旨在观察γ-氨基丁酸(γ-aminobutyric acid,GABA)对乌鳢生长性能、肠道消化酶和抗氧化酶活性的影响。选用体重(10.13±0.51)g/尾的乌鳢450尾,按试验要求随机分为5组,每组设3个重复,每个重复30尾乌鳢,分别饲喂含GABA 0、30、60、90 mg/kg和120 mg/kg的日粮,饲养试验时间为56 d。结果表明,与对照组相比,GABA显著提高了乌鳢平均增重率和特定生长率(P<0.05),且在添加量为60~120 mg/kg时显著提高了其饲料效率(P<0.05),添加量为30~120 mg/kg时显著提高了其蛋白质效率(P<0.05);同时,在GABA添加量为60~120 mg/kg时,乌鳢肠道胰蛋白酶、脂肪酶、TSOD、CAT及GSH-Px活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05),且均在添加量为90 mg/kg时达到最高。在本试验条件下,当饲料中添加88.54~102.73 mg/kg的GABA时,在一定程度上能够有效增加乌鳢生长性能、肠道消化酶和抗氧化酶活性。
The purpose of this study was to observe the effects ofγ-aminobutyric acid(GABA)on the growth,activities of digestive enzymes and antioxidant enzymes in intestinal tract ofChanna argus.450 Channa argus with a weight of(10.13±0.51)g/tail was randomly divided into 5 groups according to ex⁃periment design.Each group was set up with 3 replicates,each with 30Channa argus,each was fed a diet containing 0,30,60,90,120 mg/kg GABA for 56 d,respectively.The results showed that,com⁃pared with the control group,GABA significantly increased the average weight gain rate and specific growth rate ofChanna argus(P<0.05),and significantly increased its feed efficiency rate when the dos⁃age was 60~120 mg/kg(P<0.05).When the added amount was 30~120 mg/kg,the protein efficiency rate was significantly improved(P<0.05).At the same time,when GABA was added at 60~120 mg/kg,activities of trypsin,lipase,T-SOD,CAT and GSH-Px in the intestinal trac of the Channa argus were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05),and reached the highest when the dosage was 90 mg/kg.These results indicated that addition of 88.54~102.73 mg/kg GABA in the diet can ef⁃fectively increased the growth performance,ac⁃tivities of digestive enzymes and antioxidant en⁃zymes in the intestinal trac ofChanna argus to a certain extent.
