健身健美运动对男大学生体成分与骨密度的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:考察健身健美运动对男大学生身体成分与骨密度的影响。方法:以社会体育专业学生为研究对象,长期参与健美运动男大学生15名,从事其它运动项目男大学生18名,采用Inbody720对男大学生体成分的骨骼肌、骨矿物质含量、体脂肪等指标进行测评,采用GE InSight超声骨密度测试仪对骨密度情况进行测评,并对以上指标进行对比分析。结果:本研究人群都有一定的运动基础,健身组通过一年的健身健美训练,体脂肪有明显下降(P<0.05),骨骼肌含量有所增长但是骨密度增长不明显;健身组实验前基础体脂肪含量低于普通组,实验后骨骼肌肉量大大高于普通组。结论:长期参与健身健美运动对增肌减脂方面有明显促进作用,但健身健美运动对骨密度的增长并不能在较短的研究周期内显现,需要更长时间的累积才能产生效应。 Objective:To investigate the effects of bodybuilding on body composition and bone mineral density of male college students.Methods:Fifteen male college students who participated in bodybuilding for a long time and 18 male college students who participated in other sports were selected as subjects.The skeletal muscle,bone mineral content and body fat of male college students were measured by Inbody 720.The bone density was measured by GE InSight ultrasonic bone density tester.The above indicators were measure and compare.Results:The participants had exercise experience.After one year of fitness training,for the fitness group,body fat decreased significantly(P<0.05),skeletal muscle content increased but bone density did not increase significantly;body fat content of the fitness group was lower than that of the normal group before the experiment,and skeletal muscle mass was much higher than that of the normal group after the experiment.Conclusion:Fitness exercises have obvious effects on the amount of skeletal muscle in body composition,and can promote the growth of skeletal muscle.Bone mineral density increases slowly,and bodybuilding exercises promote bone mineral content.Bodybuilding has a healthy and beneficial effect on body composition.
