基于项目管理视角的“大创项目”管理模式探讨——以天津农学院工程技术学院为例

On the Management Model of College Students Innovation and Entrepreneurship Project form the Perspective of Project Management:Taking Engineering and Technology of Tianjin Agricultural University as an Example

大创项目是新时代高校培养创新创业型人才的重要途径。从“大创项目”管理视角出发,根据天津农学院工程技术学院近四年“大创项目”立项情况,分析了项目过程管理中存在的问题,探索构建以学生为主体的过程管理模式,充分有效发挥“大创项目”在农业类院校培养创新型、应用型人才中的重要作用。

College Students Innovation and Entrepreneurship Projects are an important way for colleges and universities to cultivate innovative and entrepreneurial talents in the new era.From the perspective of large-scale innovation project management,the paper analyses the problems in the project process management according to the project establishment situation of the College of Engineering and Technology of Tianjin Agricultural University in recent four years,and explored the construction of student-centered process management model,so as to fully and effectively play the important role of the projects in cultivating innovative and applied talents in agricultural colleges.
