在大学生思政教育之中,辅导员是中坚力量。为了进一步凸显辅导员在高校大学生思政教育工作中的价值引领作用,通过问卷调查的方式对本校的思政工作进行了初步的分析和研究。同时,以调查的相关材料和数据为立足点,提出能有效改善辅导员思政工作的措施和方法。

In college students'ideological and political education,counselors are the backbone.In order to further highlight the guidance role of counselors in the ideological and political education of college students,this paper makes a preliminary analysis and research on the ideological and political work of colleges and universities through questionnaire surveys.At the same time,based on the relevant materials and data of the survey,the measures and methods that can effectively improve the ideological and political work of counselors are put forward.
