以绘本阅读指导与实践为载体的师范生心理健康教育

摘要 大学生心理健康问题一直是社会重点关注的问题,作为未来为人师表、教书育人的师范生,身心健康尤为重要。阅读对缓解个体焦虑、抑郁情绪,促进自我和谐,以及获得一定社会支持有积极作用。鉴于这种必要性和可能性,尝试以绘本阅读指导与实践为载体,切实提高师范生的心理健康水平及教师专业素养。 The mental health of college students has always been the focus of social concern.As normal school students who teach and educate people in the future,their physical and mental health is particularly important.Reading plays a positive role in alleviating individual anxiety and depression,promoting self-harmony,and obtaining certain social support.In view of this necessity and possibility,this paper attempts to take the picture book reading guidance and practice as the carrier to improve the mental health level of normal school students and teachers'professional accomplishment.
