摘要
以电气与自动化工程学院的非学位课程“交流电机的绕组理论”为例,探索全日制研究生非学位课程的实践教学方法的改革。建立以加强能力为导向的个性化教学大纲,运用重点突出、案例教学、实践导向等多元化课堂教学方法。从课程教学、实践环节、专题论文等方法提高学生的学习能力,并重点突出实践能力。总结课程与实践教学的主要做法、经验与特色,分析影响教学质量的因素,并提出了解决方法。研究成果对引导研究生建立实践与理论的紧密结合具有积极意义。
Taking Winding Theory of AC Motors,a non-degree course of school of electrical and automation engineering,as an example,the reform of practical teaching of non-degree course for full-time graduate students is explored.We should establish a personalized teaching syllabus oriented to strengthening ability,and use diversified classroom teaching methods such as emphasis,case teaching and practice orientation,improve students'learning ability from the methods of course teaching,practice link,thematic thesis,etc.,and highlight the practical ability.This paper summarizes the main methods,experiences and characteristics of curriculum and practical teaching,analyzes the factors affecting teaching quality,and puts forward some solutions.The research results are of positive significance to guide graduate students to establish a close combination of practice and theory.
