摘要
针对食品专业“食品化学与分析实验”课程教学中存在的问题,基于兴趣驱动、责任培养和过程考核探讨了课程实验内容、教学方法、教学设备和实验考核方式上的教学改革。实践证明,该课程教学改革不仅能极大调动学生实验操作的积极性,还较好地培养了学生的科研意识和实验操作技能,并提高了社会责任意识。
This paper aims at the problems in the teaching of Food Chemistry and Analysis Experiment and discusses the experiment content,teaching methods,teaching equipment and experimental examination methods on the interest-driven,responsibility development and formative assessment bases.Teaching practice has proved that the course teaching reform can not only greatly mobilize the initiative of students'experimental operation,but also better cultivate students'scientific research consciousness and experimental operation skills,and improve the sense of social responsibility.
