摘要
“一带一路”倡议给重庆带来了机遇与挑战,对高层次创新人才的需求也日渐迫切。相似的区位特征与经济发展模式使得新加坡与重庆的合作日益深化,而新加坡高校雄厚的科研实力和超前的教育理念也为重庆高校提供了借鉴。
"The Belt and Road"initiative has brought opportunities and challenges to Chongqing,and the demand for high-level innovative talents is becoming increasingly urgent.Similar location characteristics and economic development models have deepened the cooperation between Singapore and Chongqing,and the strong scientific research strength and advanced educational concept of Singapore's universities have also provided reference for Chongqing's universities.
