Medical and educational cooperation is an important measure to improve the quality of nursing undergraduate personnel training.This paper explores and practices the ways to improve the quality of applied nursing undergraduate talents under the background of medical and educational cooperation,including the construction of applied nursing undergraduate personnel training system under the background of medical and educational cooperation the construction of medical teaching and research cooperation,the construction of collaborative education platform,and the establishment of multi-dimensional guarantee mechanism with a view to improving the training quality of applied nursing undergraduate talents.
