摘要 新能源材料与器件专业属于国家的战略新兴专业,各个高校的该专业的建设都在不断完善和提升中。我校于2013年获批该专业,在学校和学院的支持下分别从培养目标和实施思路、人才培养模式和培养方案,以及创新性教育等方面着手专业筹划和建设,对学生进行精英式培养。目前已实施小班化教学、学生导师制度和校所联合育人。学生培养实施模块化教学和3+1教学模式,注重学生创新创业能力的培养和个性化发展,模块化教学在对教师提出了较高要求的同时,也有利于因材施教的实施,导师制的执行及与科研院所的合作为学生提供了良好的科研平台,满足了其钻研专业知识、进行科学研究的诉求,取得了阶段性成果。 The major of new energy materials and devices belongs to the national strategic emerging major.The construction of this major in various universities is in the process of constant improvement and upgrading.Our university was approved in 2013 for this major.With the support of the university and the college,we started the major planning and construction from the aspects of training objectives and implementation ideas,talent training model and training program,innovation education,etc.to carry out elite training for students.At present,small class teaching,student tutor system and joint education of schools and institutions have been implemented.Modular teaching and 3+1 teaching model are implemented for students'training,focusing on the cultivation of students'innovation and entrepreneurship ability and personalized development.Modular teaching puts forward higher requirements for teachers and is conducive to the implementation of individualized teaching.The implementation of tutorial system and cooperation with scientific research institutes provide a good research platform for students and meet their demands for scientific research on professional knowledge and achieved periodic results.
