摘要
“天然产物化学”课程是食品科学相关专业的一门重要专业基础课,课程内容丰富、知识点繁多,难度大。在教学过程中,需要结合食品专业特色,不断优化教学方法,提高学生的学习兴趣和主动性,充分体现其教学功能,取得良好的教学效果。
The"Natural Products Chemistry"course is an important professional basic course for food science-related majors.The course is rich in content,has many knowledge points,and is difficult.In the teaching process,it is necessary to combine the characteristics of the food profession,continuously optimize the teaching methods,improve the students'interest in learning and initiative,fully reflect teaching functions,and achieve good teaching results.
