摘要
大学时期是青少年体育锻炼行为习惯养成的最后阶段,也是在对中小学黄金时期体育锻炼和体育技能培养缺失的补充。体育选项课是大学体育教学的主要内容,通过积极心理学原理对大学生体育选项课进行教学干预,从而提高体育选项课的教学效果,让大学生在大学期间能够真正掌握一两项体育技能,以达到促进其体质健康并养成终身体育习惯。
The university period is the final stage of the development of youth physical exercise behavior habits,and it is also a supplement to the lack of physical exercise and physical training in the golden age of primary and secondary schools.Sports optional courses are the main content of college physical education.The teaching intervention of college students'sports optional courses is carried out through the principles of positive psychology,so as to improve the teaching effect of sports optional courses,help college students master one or two sports skills during college,promote their physical health,and develop lifelong sports habits.
