随着我国教育事业的不断发展,教育管理学研究成为各位教育工作者主要任务之一。通过分析国内外教学管理学研究情况以及管理学发展进程,研究了教育管理学内容体系建构的基本内容,以期推动我国教育事业稳步发展。

With the continuous development of education in our country,the research on education management has become one of the main tasks of all educators.By analyzing the research situation of domestic and foreign education management and the development process of management,this paper studies the basic content of the construction of education management content system,in order to promote the steady development of our country's education.
