职业资格证取消背景下人才培养模式改革研究——以高职金融专业为例

Research on the Reform of Talent Training Model under the Background of the Cancellation of Vocational Qualification Certificate:Taking the Higher Vocational Finance Specialty for Example

2014—2017年,国务院先后分批取消了434项职业资格许可和认定事项,结合这一政策,在2019年国务院颁布《国家职业教育改革实施方案》(“职教20条”)来大力推进职业教育改革工作,各大高职院校、专业群体、行业组织积极参与到职教改革工作中来,从高校角度出发,探究人才培养模式的改革是实现职教改革的第一步。金融专业作为传统财经专业中的重要角色,实施专业职教改革工作、调整金融人才结构化差异刻不容缓。

From 2014 to 2017,the State Council successively cancelled 434 items of vocational qualification license and identification in batches.In conjunction with this policy,the State Council promulgated the National Plan for National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan("20 Articles of Vocational Education")in 2019,to vigorously promote the reform of vocational education.Major vocational colleges,professional groups,and industry organizations actively participated in the reform of vocational education.For colleges and universities,exploring the reform of talent training model is the first step to achieve vocational education reform.As an important role in the traditional finance and economics specialty,it is urgent to implement the reform of professional vocational education and adjust the structural differences of financial talents.
