摘要
乡村教师培养课程与教学的复杂性和创造性源于对乡村教师"师者""贤者""行者"等复合角色的多重认知。现代乡村教师培养课程教学应超越简单的碎片叠加,应用统整的思维来探讨乡村教师培养课程构建的原则、目标及内容等问题,实施课程重构和教学创新。
The complexity and creativity of rural teachers’training curriculum and teaching stems from the multiple cognition of rural teachers’multiple roles such as"Teacher","Sage"and"Walker".The modern rural teacher training curriculum teaching should go beyond the simple fragment superposition,and apply the unified thinking to implement the curriculum reconstruction and teaching innovation.Based on the concept of integration,this paper attempts to discuss the principles,objectives and content of the construction of rural teacher training curriculum.
